Revealing great Ideas and the Humans behind them

Ideas Seen helps engineering teams surface every idea and concern early and safely. Before uninformed decisions become costs.

Clearer decision-ready concepts the whole team stands behind
Earlier surfacing of risks, concerns, and hidden assumptions
Fewer late-stage design iterations, rework loops, and change requests

Clarity before Commitment

Change requests after commitment are the #1budget killer

Engineering time used on progress — not firefighting

Saving up to 40% of engineering capacity by avoiding needless reworks

One prevented redesign loop covers the workshop cost

Enlarging the potential and efficiency of innovations

Avoiding the many
pitfalls in complex product development

Decisions made with incomplete information
Getting Stuck with rework that was preventable
Input that is corroded by group dynamics
Concerns that were never raised

The Vision

Creating a setting where all ideas are made visible

Every idea gets a clear outcome: adopted, parked, or rejected — with a reason attached. No one walks out wondering what happened to their input.

Closed Loop every Time

Every sticky note, sketch, and concern is logged and tracked from the first round through to the final handover. If someone raised it, it's in the system.

Nothing gets lost

Ideas are captured anonymously in writing before any discussion starts. The senior engineer's input carries the same weight as the newest team member's.

No one dominates

An external facilitator runs the session, so your team can focus on contributing instead of moderating. No internal politics shaping the conversation.

A natural presence

Building structured and trustworthy ideation sessions

Results are summarized and presented to management. You receive a decision log, an executive summary, and a clear action plan with named owners. Nothing stays in the workshop — everything transfers into your existing workflow.

Concept

The top directions are turned into rough concepts with timelines, milestones, and one accountable owner each. The group understands not just what was decided, but why — and every decision is backed by the people who shaped it.

03

Ideation
ideas-seen-stage3.jpg

Four structured rounds move the group from individual input to shared direction. It starts silent and anonymous — writing, sketching, no names attached. Then ideas are extended by others, clustered into patterns, and condensed into clear directions. Everyone contributes, no one dominates.

02

Staging
ideas-seen-stage2.jpg

We present the key themes and patterns from the interviews back to the group. Everyone starts the session with the same picture — no blind spots, no assumptions. Ground rules are set: ideas are shared material, not personal property.

01

Listening
ideas-seen-stage1.jpg

We start with 1:1 interviews before the group sessions. Each team member shares what they already see — concerns, ideas, risks — in their own words, without group pressure, and tells us how they prefer to share. This gives us a clear map of perspectives before anyone enters a room together.

A straightforward process

IDEAS SEEN creates and supports ideation sprints tailored to your needs, guiding your team through five phases — from individual listening to a shared, decision-ready outcome. Every perspective is captured early and anonymously, then structured into clear directions your team stands behind.

Behind the Focus

39741-0948.jpg

I bring 20 years of experience working within engineering departments across complex and technical industries.

Having held roles in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management, I have lived the cost of unseen ideas firsthand — the late-stage surprises, the rework, the concerns that never surfaced in time. This hands-on experience led me to train in structured communication and behavioral techniques that help people share what they actually think, not just what feels safe to say.

With an intercultural background shaped by working across different countries and team cultures, I understand that how people contribute varies widely — and that a good process needs to account for that.
